Ancestor Night Gathering

Halloween and May Day are  our two largest gatherings of the year. At these gatherings, a "Town  Hall" meeting will be held to allow members of our community to share  their concerns, goals, and suggestions for the coven. At this time, we  also vote for the seven members to serve the coven as our Winter  Council. After voting, we will celebrate with group photos, followed by  individual portraits for all guests, a psychic fair, and ritual.   

4 pm: Town Hall Meeting

5 pm: Voting & Group photos

6 pm: Feast & Psychic Fair

8 pm: Ritual begins

 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬:  

🎃 Dress in your best witchy outfit (preferably black). We will have a photographer joining us to take groups photos and individual portraits. You may also want to bring any items that you would like to take photos with.  

🎃 Bring items representing ancestors or loved ones such as photos or mementos, a letter written to an loved one to burn in the fire during the ritual (optional), and decorations for the ancestor dinner table / altar.  

🎃 Bring tarot cards and supplies if you are offering readings at the psychic fair and cash if you would like to receive a reading to support the fundraiser.
