Yule / Full Moon

December 23 at 8 pm

at Faewood Grove

9113 Grandview Rd , Columbus, IN, United States, Indiana

Yule is the celebration of the birth of the God. It is the shortest Day and longest night we endure on this planet. Our celebrations focus on the return of light after a vigil to welcome the birth of the Sun and the change of dominance between the Oak and Holly Kings.

Winter is begun and the world around us is withdrawing into it’s places of warmth and comfort to begin to hold out till spring. During this time, we look at how we will make it through the winter in the cold enforced solitude and take time for reflection as an inward journey begins.

This ritual is both a Cold Moon Ritual and birthday party for the Sun afterwards. Bring food. Lots of food. Bring stuff to drink, too! Stop by after ritual if you want! We will have a fire and the goal will be to perform Resh for those wanting to stick it out till sunrise.

* Event by Faewood Grove

This calendar of events is organized by Moon Neel. Our goal is to help others find support and connections in the Pagan community, even if they are unable to attend coven events.
